Up North Supply Co. sells products under the DirtBound brand name. The DirtBound name, designs, and associated intellectual property are owned by a separate holding entity and licensed to Up North Supply Co. for production, sales, and support.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order ships and you receive a shipping confirmation.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments must be received in full before orders ship.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are custom-built or made to order. These items are non-cancelable once production has begun and are not eligible for return or refund. Custom and made-to-order status will be clearly indicated on the product page.
