Shipping Policy
Effective Date: January 2025
Up North Supply Co. ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days of order placement.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.
Custom or made-to-order items have longer lead times, which will be indicated on the product page.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, destination, and service level. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and destination.
Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions and will be noted on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
PO Boxes
We can ship smaller items to PO Boxes via USPS. Larger or heavier items may require a physical street address for delivery. If your order cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipping rates to these locations may be higher and transit times longer than to the continental United States. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact the carrier to file a claim using your tracking number
- Contact us so we can assist and document the issue
We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include filing a carrier claim, reshipping the order, or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier when signing for delivery if possible.
