Description
Our rear fender armor and flares as a weld-it-yourself kit — laser-cut, ready for you to weld and finish.
- 11-gauge laser-cut and formed steel
- 3-3/8" flare width — clears up to 35" tires
- Weld to assemble, then bolt on (drilling of the factory fenders required)
- Stainless steel hardware, set of two
- Ships bare steel, ready for welding

The quality and craftsmanship of the product is excellent. Have not had time to install the flares but will post back when I do. Can’t wait to see how it looks on the Jeep!!!
Great product. Only thing I didn’t like was in the picture the armor has the tail that runs behind the front fender flare for mounting purposes and my diy kits armor was cut flat at the door. Not a big deal just just relief cut the flare and added in some bends then welded to get it closer to the door. Gap was roughly 1-1/4 inches. Feels good buying something actually made in the USA!
I really liked these products. Got them welded up and on my xj. Even thoughtful enough to put a make shift tool for the riv nuts. Thanks
