I purchased the 4" Tonneau Cover Adapters for DirtBound Bed Rack and had a slight issue when i received the product. Max was extremely responsive and very helpful getting things straightened out. I ended up using the adapters to DIY a bedrack for my Tacoma. The product worked out perfectly for what I had envisioned. Can't say enough positive things about this true American small business - something that is hard to come by these days.
I received the wrong part by accident. They were super quick to respond and resolve the issue. I was also impressed by the quality of work they do.
Definitely worth it to save the bed. Now just need something to protect the tail lights.
Arrived 3 weeks after placing order which was shorter than lead times noted on the website. Quality parts and the rack looks like it will definitely last.
